Return Policy:
Items inspected prior to sale are not returnable for any reason. Otherwise, the following terms apply:
Excepting bullion items*, all items have a 7 calendar day return privilege from your date of receipt. You do not need our permission to return an item but please alert us by phone or email so that we can promptly handle the returned item. Return items along with a copy of your invoice / packing slip, postage paid, and insured at your own risk. Items must be returned in the condition as shipped to you. Items with tampered security measures or broken factory / mint seals are non-refundable.
* ALL BULLION SALES ARE FINAL! Due to constant market price changes throughout the business day, bullion items are not returnable or refundable for any reason and deposits are non-refundable. We are market makers and will buy back bullion based on current market conditions.
