Return Policy:
Items inspected prior to sale are not returnable for any reason. Otherwise, the following terms apply:
Excepting bullion items*, all items have a 7 calendar day return privilege from your date of receipt. You do not need our permission to return an item but please alert us by phone or email so that we can promptly handle the returned item. Return items along with a copy of your invoice / packing slip, postage paid, and insured at your own risk. Items must be returned in the condition as shipped to you. Items with tampered security measures or broken factory / mint seals are non-refundable.
Shipping, and insurance is not refundable even if absorbed by us in the sale price.
* ALL BULLION SALES ARE FINAL! Due to constant market price changes throughout the business day, bullion items are not returnable or refundable for any reason and deposits are non-refundable. We are market makers and will buy back bullion based on current market conditions. Bullion items are those items listed specifically under Bullion and those subcategories which we buy and sell based on precious metals spot market prices and include, but are not limited to, Kruggerrands, Maple Leafs, American Eagles, .999 silver bars and rounds, .999 gold bars and rounds, etc.

Shipping
Shipping, and Insurance:
Shipments are made within 3 days of receipt of good payment. We will track your package for you. Tracking numbers are not provided to avoid redirect fraud. Most shipments are via the US Mail. All items are shipped insured either privately or through the USPS. Shipping is only available within the 50 states to locations where signature confirmation is available. Sorry, no shipments to APO/FPO.
To make your collecting more pleasurable, most orders of $49.99 or less incur a fixed shipping charge of just $5.00. Most orders of $50.00 or more ship for free. An additional charge may be incurred on an item of unusual size, weight, or value. Shipping and handling fees can be viewed in your Cart. The shipping and insurance charges are non-refundable even if absorbed by us in the sale price.
